Your first contact with the NOBIS law firm can be made in the way of your choice - by telephone, contact form or e-mail.

We apply for access to the files and take all necessary steps to represent you in the best possible way with the investigating authorities and in court.

Häufige Fragen

Do I have to make a statement to the police about the offence?

No. As a rule, this is not recommended. After careful consideration, you should only consider commenting on the matter after viewing the investigation file. It is advisable to be represented by a lawyer from the very first contact with the police, who will then apply for access to the file.

In selected cases, we are also active in the area of accessory prosecution. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
